Ebay trows a hissey fit and pulls adwords June 14, 2007

Ebay the Online auction site has pulled all advertising through Google adwords in the US.

Reportedly Computerworld,  cited a source as saying it was in response to Google’s decision to hold a party starting at the same time as an eBay conference for merchants who sell on its site.

A party was hosted by Google to promote Googles chewkout software over ebays paypal, sources in Ebay were quoted as saying “We don’t view that kind of activity as an appropriate activity for one partner to do to another.”

So like big girls blouse,  Ebay threw a hissey fit and pulled advertising on Google, you cant make this stuff up
